Warranty

Our Silhouette accessories and consumables have a 7-day warranty for manufacturing defects c/o Silhouette Philippines. This does not cover damages due to misusage, product misconception or buyer's change of mind.

Advocacy

Usagi aims to be an eco-friendly store. As part of our advocacy to lessen plastic waste and help save Mother Earth, we shall pack your orders with old cartons and paper bags, reused plastic and bubble wrap, and shredded scratch papers as fillers. No worries; they've all been sanitized. :)
