Store Policy

Hello, Shopper! Thank you for your interest in our store! To keep your shopping experience orderly, we've prepared a few guidelines for you. 



  • Currently, Usagi caters to Philippine-based clients only. International buyers are welcome to order IF they have an address in the Philippines we can ship to.
  • All products posted are described to the best of our ability. We encourage our clients to ask all questions before purchasing to avoid misunderstandings later on. 
  • Processing time for orders is generally 2-3 days before dispatch. Please understand that we cannot do rush shipping due to our very limited manpower.
  • Usagi reserves the right to refuse service to clients we deem rude, toxic or disrespectful. If you cannot abide by our terms, simply do not order. 



  • We accept payments thru BDO, BPI, PSBank, GCash, Maya, ShopeePay QR or PayPal.
  • Any surcharges are to be shouldered by the buyer.
  • Payments must be made within (3) days from your checkout date. 
  • IMPORTANT! Once paid, kindly send us your proof of payment for confirmation. 
  • Failure to pay within the deadline will automatically void your purchase.



  • For accessible locations, we highly recommend booking for same-day delivery via Grab, Lalamove, Borzo or other similar service. 
  • For provincial addresses, we will be shipping via Gogo Xpress or J&T Express.
  • Unless stated otherwise, shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer.
  • Transit time via courier is 1-7 days depending on your location.
  • Tracking details will be provided for your assurance.



  • We do not honor returns or exchanges unless we have sent you an incorrect product. If such a mishap occurs, you will have to ship back the product to us in complete and original packaging. Once received and confirmed that it is in good condition, we shall ship the correct product to you at our expense and reimburse your shipping fee as well. For reimbursements, please send us your delivery receipt bearing the fee you paid.
  • We do not honor refunds unless we have sent you an incomplete package, in which case, you can choose to be refunded for the missing item/s or convert the amount to store credit (deductible on your next purchase).
  • Absolutely no claims for returns, refunds or exchanges shall be entertained for the following instances:
    1. Misconception or lack of knowledge about the product
    2. Product damage due to buyer's negligence or mishandling
    3. Buyer's change of mind
  • We shall not be liable for any damages incurred during shipping, so we make sure to insure all orders when we dispatch them. If claiming insurance is in order, we'll do our best to assist you.
  • When filing for a return, refund or exchange, please make sure you have ample proof to support your claim. Your best evidence is an unboxing video of your order.
